Terms and conditions
If all the products in an order are not immediately available, the customer can request to split the order, in which case the missing products will be moved to a new order. The delivery of the new order created by splitting the order is subject to an additional fee. However, ArtByEvelina.com reserves the right to unilaterally split orders into multiple packages if necessary. The shipment of newly created orders in such cases is always free for the customer.
Warranty
Sold Art pieces do not come with a warranty. This does not limit the seller's liability for defects as intended in consumer protection law. ArtByEvelina.com is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer.
Returning
ArtByEvelina.com offers customers a 14-day return policy. Customers can return purchased products by mail. Items to be returned should be carefully packed using the original packaging materials. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Resolving Disagreements
The parties will try to negotiate disagreements, but if no agreement is reached between the parties, the consumer has the right to bring the disagreement to the attention of consumer advice services or to have it resolved by the Consumer Dispute Board. The consumer also has the option to use the online dispute resolution platform maintained by the European Commission. These procedures are conducted in writing.
Attorney fees are not reimbursed, as consumer advice services and the Consumer Dispute Board provide assistance with resolving disagreements free of charge.
